Notification Recipients not accurate when Print then send

HI - 

I’ve got a problem we keep running into.  When we are viewing any sort of document to send (PO, Invoice, Shipment Confirmation), we are going to ‘Print Invoice’, verifying everything looks right, and then clicking Send to bring up a template. The problem is when doing so, this screen does not bring in customized recipients (Like additional recipients from a Customer Notification Grid). When we go directly to ‘Email Invoice’ without viewing first, the additional recipients work correctly.  Is there a way to get the Print > Send functionality to work just like the ‘Email Invoice’ functionality?

I've run into this as well. When you click Email, it uses customer mailing settings. Print > Send uses the notification template. It wasn't a big problem in my example, so I didn't spend a lot of time on it, but you might check if there's a way to reference customer mailing settings fields in the notification template? 

A workaround is to store multiple email addresses in the customer billing email field, separated by semicolons. I don't like it, but it's an option.

@leahcarpenito Just FYI, to confirm I checked email templates and the mailing settings don’t appear to be available for reference.

@leahcarpenito How did the marked answer help with the problem of custom recipients not coming up when the Print > Send path is followed?
