In the report designer, the user can set up the export file name.
Open the report in the report designer and navigate to the export file name field and add the required file name

Our client is wanting to change the file name too. I tried using the some logic that was used above, the client wanted the vendor name, PO date, and PO number in the file name. I wasnt able to get that to work. I thought by adding the fields into the line I would be successful, but, alas no luck. Is there a reference that I could use to find out what fields could be added to the exported file name?

Solution: The formula of the Report → File Name property should be updated to get the Vendor Name, PO Number , PO Date on the Purchase Order Report.
