Error when logging a case

I’m trying to log a support case with Acumatica, and I’m getting the following error:

Where can I fill in the Class ID?

Hi @MarciaW  - I checked with Support and below is the response:

It doesn't look like any contacts for that customer are assigned to access support. You can instruct her to have her partner submit a case request that she be setup as a support user.

Hi @MarciaW  It seems the Case Class field is missed in your screenshot.

OK thanks, so that means I can’t log a case because that field isn’t available?
