There is an older article on how to customize the home page for the Self Service Customer Portal:

However, Step 2 is outdated, you can no longer change to the Classic UI. Does Anyone have an updated version of this?

From the Classic UI you can:

  1. Access the Documentation Menu where you added your wiki
  2. Click the Create New Article option in the left menu

I started by creating a very simple article as illustrated below.

Cloud ERP - Configuration Settings.

Set the access rights of your new screen so that portal users can see it. If you do not do this, then users will see the old portal home screen.

We figured this out:

We created a new wiki with the access rights

Then set that on the preferences of the portal

We created a new wiki with the access rights

Then set that on the preferences of the portal

Iā€™m having problems creating a custom home screen for our customer portal.

I was able to follow your instructions to create a Wiki and set it as the homepage but I still get the generic homescreen on our customer portal.  Do I need to add an article to the wiki I created as was outlined in Step 2 of the original older article?
