CSSCreen Attribute Error for Lot/Serial Attributes

Is there a customization affecting that screen? I’ve seen this error in 2025 R2, but it was a conflict with a customization. 

How would i test if its a customization issue ​@bwhite49 ?

You could search for that screen ID (IN207000) on the customization projects screen to start.

You could also see if changing the UI to classic resolves the issue.

Hi ​@jparoski72 You can use Trace Logs to check that issue is coming from Customization or not.
if possible share the Trace log here so we can check further more

If there are no customizations on this screen, try clearing the cache and restarting the instance from Apply Updates first. If this is a live environment, make sure all users are logged out before restarting.

Also, please expand the trace details and check whether any customization package name appears in the stack trace. If you find one, share it here.

​@jparoski72 You can unpublish the customization project and verify if you are getting that error?
