Activity record not showing without manual refresh

We are currently on 25R2, still utilizing Classic UI, and have noticed the last couple of weeks that when we create an activity it is not automatically reflecting in the Activity tab. We either have to manually refresh or click to another tab and go back. At first, we thought this was an issue with Edge, as I had no issues when I tested in Firefox or Chrome. However, some users experience issues in Chrome and it works fine for them in Edge. Is anyone else experiencing this, or have suggestions on how this can be fixed? We have already cleared browser histories and caches, reset the Acumatica cache, and restarted the application. Nothing we’ve tried is fixing the inconsistencies.

    HI ​@mnecaise ,

    Can you try below Suggestions
    - Check the browser dev console (F12 > Console) when the issue occurs. Look for WebSocket errors or failed SignalR connections.
    - Check if a reverse proxy or load balancer is terminating WebSocket connections prematurely (common culprit).
    - Test with Modern UI to see if the issue is Classic UI-specific.

      ​@mnecaise On Acumatica 2025 R2 Classic UI, create an Activity from a record containing an Activities tab. The activity saves successfully, but after returning to the originating record, the newly created activity is not displayed in the Activities grid. The user must manually Refresh or navigate to another tab and return before the activity appears. The issue occurs inconsistently across Chrome and Edge and persists after clearing browser cache, resetting Acumatica cache, and restarting the application.

        ​@Rakshanda Thank you for the suggestions, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find anything out of the ordinary that would be causing the delay. It’s happening for both modern and classic.
