Training Description: This webinar introduces the functionality of the Acumatica ERP workflows and explains how to use the customization tools.
Training Syllabus: The program is covered over two days as follows:
- Day 1: Configuring a Screen and Redirecting the User to Different Containers and Screens. This session will provide information regarding mapping the screen's fields and actions to the mobile screen, organizing the screen fields into a layout, defining headers and groups for the screen fields, defining tabs and data tabs, determining the names of objects (i.e., containers, fields, and actions) in the WSDL schema, mapping the mobile app redirection between screens in Acumatica ERP, etc.
- Day 2: Advanced Procedures. During this session, you will learn how to add an external URL link to a mobile app screen. The described method can be used to implement any logic in a custom action and map it to the mobile application. It will also provide instructions for mapping multiple redirects to related containers, mapping an action with the Workflow API, and correctly mapping multiple redirects. Also, learn to create an extension library, an extension of a workflow-defining class, and configure the screens in the workflow-defining class.

*To provide a cloud instance for attendees, we need to generate a registration report and perform some activities to deploy the instance and send out the credentials. All this takes time and we have to do it several hours before the webinar. So we highly recommend not leaving the registration up to the last minute of the webinar start. Everyone who registers after 6 AM PT of Day 1 session will not receive the link to the cloud instance and credentials for it and will have to attend a webinar in a view-only format.
Partner Certification: This webinar is based on the materials of the T410 Advanced Customization of the Mobile App course. Completion of this webinar does not give you an automatic completion of the related course at Partner University; you will still need to complete the exam at Partner University.

Previously to being an Account manager, Samuel was a Technical Consultant in the dev support team and was helping partner and customer with their development issue, while taking most of the support case that had a link to the integration side of Acumatica.
Prerequisites
For this webinar, attendees are expected to complete the T400 Basic Customization of the Mobile App course and be familiar with creating customizations for Acumatica ERP forms.

None. Attendees will be provided with a cloud instance and tenant for training purposes.
