Hi ​@rtussing70 - An issue we had previously with file attachments seems to have come back. I emailed it to you. 

FYI - File download is working now. The original file had an underscore in it that could have been a problem. Gainsight also noted that files are checked by virus scan so you won’t be able to download right away until that’s done. Usually just a few minutes. Good to know!
