Error: Cury ID cannot be empty

Hi @madhu 

I guess you inserted the I100 data while creating the instance. Create a new company with Sales Demo. All configuration is available here. So, you won't face any configuration issues.

Hi, @madhu  I faced this issue long back, can you please check that the Branches loading in the instance (highlighted in the below screenshot)? 

Usually, we will see this Cury ID cannot be empty issue, when Branches are loading, if this is the same scenario for you as well, please log out and restart the IIS and check

Hi @madhu 

Please try to refresh the company role once and check the issues, or else please create a dummy role and update in access role.

If you are setting an access role, ensure it's a dummy role. The actual access permission of the role wont has any impact.

Access roles have to be just dummy roles.
