Release Invoir: Error Message: another process has added to InRegsiter

Hello Guys;  Hope you’re doing Well 

 

I have a problem when releasing one invoice:I get the error message “another process has added to InRegsiter”

I’ve cheked the Issues List and there is nothing with the the shipping Number of the Invoice 

 

Any ideas ?
