We have individual Sales Orders that require multiple shipping methods. Is there any way to override the Ship Via designated in the SO Header on the Detail Line?

Ship via is not ediable field. it can be filled based on the ship via setting in shipping tab

 

May be we need to do customization.

No, this is not currently an option. Please vote on the idea below.
