New business event and email template to notify the SalesPerson when a customer Status changes to Inactive.

The issue is that I have created Business event for triggering the condition to send email alert for salesperson whenever customer status changes from Active to Inactive and I have created separate generic inquiry where the result grid includes customer acctname, status,, salesperson email, salespersonCD and all Below screenshot is the DAC table and relations for the GI.

Business event is getting triggered, but the email is not getting triggered and processed I want to send the email to employee of the company i.e., salesperson. Below are the screenshot for I am facing the issue

Couple of points to check first.

 

  1. Make sure you have all the key fields of DAC which is yellow in color.
  2. Remove the TO address first and hard code the email “ XYZ.COM” to see if the emails is triggering or not.
  3. Disable the email template to inactive once and check if the Business events trigger or not.

If you still find a issue please send the xml of GI, Business events.

Thank you for the response 

I have checked all the points you have mentioned and yes, it's getting triggered if I give xyz.com but not through the entity attached to that email template and also business events are getting triggered if I inactive the email template.

@deepikanr55 You GI should contain  that “ Contact _email “ entity info?

@mohammadnawaz51 Yes, my GI has already had Contact_email in the caption as Salesperson_email.
