We are running into an issue with Lot Size. From our supplier, we need to order item A in multiples of 144 (closed cases), so we use Lot Size 144 under the Vendor tab of the Stock Item. We have three stores that Replenish from our main warehouse. For Item A, each store (a different warehouse) has a Reorder Point of (say) 3 and a Max Quantity of 6. When we run a Prepare Replenishment and a Create Transfer Order the replenish quantity defaults to the Lot Size of 144.
We cannot have a full case (Lot Size) on our shelves. How can we tell Acumatica that Lot Size is only for Purchase order to our supplier, and that Transfer Orders to our stores do not need to be in full LotSize?
