Have not tried this with Acumatica, but in a legacy ERP system we used a service like efax.com for this.
Note: This is more of a workaround. Not a native Acumatica feature or integration.
Once you set up an account with efax, you’d use Acumatica’s emailing capability to email the recipient’s fax number with efax.com appended. Example 5555551212@efax.com. efax receives the email and transmits it to the recipient as a fax.
