I have problem when create shipment in order type RR

I think that is because you need to create a receipt operation type Shipment.

The line on the Sales Order states the operation as Receipt.

In your scenario, you are trying to create a shipment for an RR type sales order. Generally, a RR order means “Return with Replacement,” which is used to register authorized customer returns for replacement.

As you can see, the default operation for this order type is receipt. Therefore, you must first create the receipt, and only then will you be able to proceed with shipment creation.

Once you create the shipment, please ensure that you fill in the control quantity as well. If this field is not completed, you will encounter another error. After filling in the required field, try saving the shipment and proceed further.
