How to add more than 10 payment methods per customer ?

Acumatica will only allow us to add 10 payment methods per customer. This is an issue as some customers have more than 10. All of them are not active, but even if a payment method is inactive, it cannot be deleted if it was used on an invoice.

Hello,

I am able to add more than 10 payment methods to Payment Methods tab of Customers.  I am testing in version 2024 R1. Is this the screen you refer to?

Do you have the same limitation with customizations temporarily unpublished? 

Do you see an error when you try to add payment type #11? If so please show a screenshot.

Anyone find they get this issue with the SalesDemo connected AUTHNET sandbox too? I tried increasing the maximum credit cards to 9999 but still get the error when using ABARTENDE. End up having to use the Customers in the middle or create a new customer record.

I have updated the additional customer profiles in the processing center under AUTDOTNET but I am still having the error. Any suggestions??? It’s really becoming an issue since It won’t let me get rid of expired cards which is contributing to the ten count.
