Hi
- Using Business events you can send a shipment confirmation email to customer with the tracking information.
- If you maintain the images related to delivery you can that images in the Business events -Notiifcation template. You can integrate API Calls and store the images at the SO line level.
This sounds to me like a Business Event.
Can you advise some steps or a trigger action which leads to this event to trigger.
Feel free to share some screenshots or trigger action of what you wish to achieve.
If its sending some bulk email did you try the Process screen email automation schedule for shipment confirmation for instance?
