Hi, we are testing shipping, and can’t confirm the shipment, see image 1, but strangely enough, it allowed us to view shipment confirmation see image 2.

Hi @zoeymuff  We can print the Shipment Confirmation report even shipment status is OPEN. 

Can you please let us know what is the issue you are getting while confirming the shipment?

i clicked on confirm shipment ( see below blue arrow), then i got the error ( see yellow arrow)

i wish it could tell me what the error is.. i clicked on it.. it does not blink.

Hi @zoeymuff  You can mouse over on the RED symbol, it will show you the error message OR you can take a screenshot of Acumatica Trace.

it said shipping address can’t be confirmed.. i thought it is only a test and did not realize it..

i input a correct shipping address to myself and it worked.. thank you so much.. and thank you for mentioning Acumatica trace.. i don’t even know such thing existing.. i am going to youtube it

@ Naveen B, sorry to bother you again.

rather than prepare invoice 1 at a time, there must be a report i can run to see un-invoiced shipments, this way, we can process all invoices at one shot.

@zoeymuff  You can Invoice all confirmed shipments on the Process Shipment screen (SO503000) using the Action = Prepare Invoice.  This screen can also set up on Automation schedule to run automatcially as oftenm as needed.

that is exactly what I needed to test, to see a list of all confirmed shipments prior to invoicing.
