Hi.. new user to Acumatica.

Does anyone know if Acumatica can print item labels and that sort of thing? I’m not talking shipping labels but something more like a tag for a product.

Example… we have a part number for a product and we want to print a custom label that would have the part number, maybe a bar code and the price on the label… stuff like that.

Is this possible? I have been looking all over the place in the software but can’t find anything like this.

Hi @RufusTrunt

You can do this by using Report Designer to design labels/tags to print as you like.

Best Regards,

NNT

Hello @RufusTrunt ,

NNT is correct:  Acumatica Report Designer is used to create a new report for Item Labels. Here is an example that Klear created for one of our customers: It’s printed by PO Receiving department to label incoming goods.

This example doesn’t contain a scan symbol, but it IS possible to include UPC or QR code in your reports:

Here is a previous post discussing how to add bar code to a label or report:

Acumatica Report Designer needs to be downloaded and installed locally. Here is a thread containing instructions for downloading the Report Writer.

Good luck!

Laura

Got it. Thank you for the response. I will look into that.

@Laura02 This looks exactly like something our company needs. Are you willing to share the .rpx? Mostly curious how you were able to get them to print side by side in a table with different inventory ID’s.

Thank you!!

Hello @courtneyb ,

Inventory Location Labels are a standard report. This is where I found it in Sales Demo tenant:

I’ve exported it and attached it for you.

@Laura02 We must have had that report restricted for some reason. I found on the site map.

Thank you!
