Under Acumatica 2020R2 version , user just define one company which belongs to ‘Without Branches’ Type ,however while create a new sales order /direct invoice ,system will pop out the warning shows that hBranch ID cannot be empty ]at the moment user clicks on Save button to save the sales order .
End up the order is saved but what may be the reason trigger such warning .
Do refer attach for issues showing .Hope can get some advice for this .Appreciate.

Were you able to resolve this issue?
We had a similar issue and it was due to the user having an administrator role. Remove Administrator from the Access Role field and the user will be able to enter sales orders / direct invoices.

You will still need atleast one branch in Acumatica even if there is only one company.
