Is Multi-Currency Accounting Feature Enabled in your tenant?
Is there any useful error or information in Tools → Trace?
What is the version of Acumatica?
Tell us more about the approval map and the tenant, please. Do you have other approval maps that work?
If you do have other approval maps that work, please compare a Map that works to this ‘problem’ approval map.
What entity type is being approved?
What are the conditions for the ‘problem’ Approval map (is the condition routing to one of your new branches or to an employee linked to the new branches)?
If you inactivate conditions (to route all documents), are you able to save? If so, inactivate individual conditions to identify the cause.
