we observed bit different behavior in SHIP TO ADDRESS of Shipment screen. We have created Transfer type sales order, while creating sales order we have overridden the SHIP TO ADDRESS in Sales Order, then created shipment, now in shipment screen, when we uncheck the "Override Address" checkbox, the address are changing to some default address. Can someone please help us. we are in Acumatica 2020R2, build 20.208.0031, without any customizations. Is this default behavior of Acumatica ?

Please have a look at below screenshots.

Hi @ckwiat46

Yes. It is a default behavior of Acumatica. If we check the override Address checkbox, it will allow us to update the value. Else it will consider the Customer level shipping address

@ckwiat46 This is expected behavior.

Once you uncheck the Override Address checkbox, system will fetch the Customer profile shipping address.

hello @Naveen B @jinin , as this is Transfer type shipment, it is pulling address from “To Warehouse” instead of Customer level, for other shipment types, it is pulling from Customer as you said, but only for this shipment type it is pulling from warehouse level. Can we treat this as a expected behavior.

Hi @ckwiat46  Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, it will fetch default Address from warehouse, when we uncheck the Override Address checkbox.

This is expected behavior.
