Generic Inquiry does not display NOTES properly formatted

Hello,I have a generic inquiry to display vendor notes. It works, but the notes are displayed as one long string without any formatting. How can I get the GI to display the notes as they appear in the standard windows?

We’ve recently implemented Acumatica and part of the process entailed entering all of our 2022 data. Everything was well entered in Acumatica including the opening inventory of Jan 2022, opening Trial Balance etc. All transactions for receipt of inventory to date (we import inventory from overseas and sell them locally -we do not manufacture locally) have been well documented and received during 2022 and 2023. We are facing challenges with the invoices we entered and released in the books. The invoices for sales for 2022 and i2023 were not entered and released chronologically. Given that the Company follows the FIFO inventory (First In First Out) valuation method, we are faced with a problem that cost of goods sold month wise are not correct (As many later month invoices were entered in the system first) and thus the current inventory valuation is not correct. Creating grid hyperlink fails compile with error

Customer underpaid

Hello there we have a customer who intended to pay for invoices A+B+C+D+E+F...a total of ‘say’ USD50,000. However they made a mistake and paid for eg 45000.00. I want to see the invoices above as paid and a separate entry for the 5K not paid ...not allocated just sitting on the statement until they put it right. I have tried a few options but am not able to get this situation echoed on Acumatica. Obviously I want the bank entry correct so that I can do a reconciliation but I don’t want to part pay a particular invoice as this was not the actual scenario. I thought maybe I should raise a credit note !!!! and then re-invoice to take care of this but it seems very clumsy to do this. Best Regards Malinda

Report Designer print landscape on a 4x6 label

Hello,I have a custom report to print a lable. The physical label is being printed on a label printer. The label is 4” wide by 6” tall. I want to print the label landscape as the items on the label are wider than they are tall.I was hoping setting it to 4” wide and Landscape would accomplish this. However, it does not. If I select portrait when printing, it prints the label information at the top of the label and does not turn the items 90 degrees to be properly aligned on the label. Items are squished and use about half the physical label.If I select Landscape when printing, it does turn the items 90 degrees as desired, but does not expand out to use the entire label, it squishes it use about half of the physical label.

Why would an import scenario skip the inventory ID on every other record?

My customer just upgraded to 2022 R2. We did not make any changes to their import scenario but now when records are imported every other record is missing the inventory ID and is going to the wrong GL account? We re-built the import scenario but it is still happening. Any idea why this would happen?

Smartsheet integration error

My token is working and giving me the connection. I have mapped the fields in the template with no issue but when I try to run the integration I get an error. Smartsheet help says they are too busy to respond. Any suggestions on what I should be looking for?

I had stumbled upon an Inquiry screen that allowed me to Preview and Export to Excel ALL InventoryItems and their respective field values including Attributes. I am struggling to find that Inquiry. Delete Snapshots not visible on the User Interface

How to convert amount into word when the amount is more than ten thousand

Customize process logic in Print/Email Orders screen

Hi all, I need to customize the process logic for a selected action in the Print/Email Orders screen. Currently, the action defined in SOOrderEntry graph is executed separately for each selected order when the process button is clicked. However, I want to process all the selected orders at once according to some logics.Can someone guide me on how to execute the action for all selected orders at once instead of processing them separately? Mark Invoice as Emailed or Mark as Printed?

Is there any process to checkmark old invoices as emailed or printed so we can clean up the list of Not Yet Printed and Not Yes Emailed? Or is an integration scenario the only way to do this? And if the integration is the only option (aside from actually printing and emailing them all), does anyone have a scenario written for this?

Roll up specific subaccounts, or expand by unit in ARM report?

Hi everyone, I have an ARM reporting scenario that I'm looking for some insight on: The Unit set has multiple levels. Below the consolidated level are two units: 1. "Divisions" unit that contains all divisions, each of which is a subaccount (basically a rollup of subaccounts), and 2. An "Executive" unit that is itself a single subaccount. At the Consolidated level I need the report to show Divisions and Executive for each row, but not all the subacounts within Division. I know how to expand by account or subaccount, but in this scenario I need a rollup of subaccounts + 1 separate subaccount, or an "Expand by Unit" option (which doesn't seem to exist). If I simply Expand by Sub it will show all the subaccounts under the Divisions umbrella, which they don't want. Below is an example in demo (didn't want to post actual unit set). Thanks in advance for any help!

AR Release Retainage / Project Default Task

One of our clients attempted to release AR retainage for a project and got the below error. After much testing, I discovered that it’s because this project has a default task selected. Removing the default task allowed all retainage to release normally.Is this the intended workflow? Has this come up in support / knowledgebase before? I looked and didn’t find anything, so I’m curious if anyone else has experienced something similar.
