Integration with Ceridian or Payworks (Canadian PR)

Does anyone have an idea Ceridian/Payworks integration is currently at in Canada in 2025?

I’m not sure about Ceridian, but Payworks does not yet have a native integration for Acumatica.  As noted by ​@chameera71, if you are using Ceridian or Payworks you will need to develop custom integrations between Acumatica and the third-party payroll application.  The specific integrations that may be required will depend on where / how you are tracking employee time and where / how you want the pay cycle payroll journal to affect Acumatica. You should reach out to your Acumatica Business Partner for assistance and guidance regarding any custom integrations.

Paymate Harmony has an integration with Acumatica, but it is a GL Journal export / import.

Re Canadian Payroll integrated with Acumatica

Not an update about Ceridian or Payworks, but one about ADP Workforce Now integrates with Acumatica.

Time entries in ADP timesheets update to Acumatica Time & Activities on a scheduled basis (every 2 hrs) via API / Webhooks. The process can be triggered manually, ad hoc, from the Workforce Now Dashboard by a simple click on a process time activities button to send pending time entries to Acumatica.  ADP Timesheets supports time entries from a browser and a mobile app.

New employee records created in ADP Workforce Now are transferred to Acumatica Employee Profiles via API / Webhooks.  Changes to employee master data also flow from ADP to Acumatica.

Project field values (projects, tasks, cost codes) created in Acumatica get updated into ADP via API / Webhooks, controlled from the ADP Workforce Now dashboard.  New codes are pulled into ADP from Acumatica, either scheduled or manually.

General Ledger payroll journal is created and pushed into Acumatica via API / Webhooks.

One of the Acumatica clients I work with is implementing ADP Workforce Now in the next couple of months… when I have more information i will update here.
