I tried uploading the file, and I am receiving an error message:

Have you created new screen? By seeing this screenshot , not able to find the root cause for the issue.

If the screen is customized, provide an customization package which will helps to investigate further.

Hi @nasirh85 ,

Could you please review the code to ensure that the key fields have been added correctly in both the DAC and the table? Also, please verify that the columns are accurately added in the upload file.
