Update IN button does nothing on screen SO302000

We’re trying to press the UPDATE IN action button on the shipment screen after a 2 step transfer. Steps:

 

  • We create a new Sales Order with type TR.
  • Create the shipment and goes to the Confirmed status.
  • UPDATE IN. The button is active, it processes however the status doesnt change and the button remains active/visible like nothing happened.

No customisations, and no exceptions in the Trace Log for the updateIN function?..

Did you tried the same process in a different browser?

Which version of Acumatica is used? Has any process changed in your instance?

 

I see two similar Known issues If the Transfers Allowed check box was cleared for the default location of an item on the Warehouses (IN204000) form, the following error appeared when a user clicked Update IN on the Shipments (SO302000) form for a transfer shipment of this item from a location for which transfers are allowed: Selected Location is not valid for transfers.

 

 If the Project-Specific Inventory feature was enabled on the Enable/Disable Features (CS100000) form, shipments of the Transfer type were not processed correctly. When a user confirmed such a shipment and then clicked Update IN on the toolbar of the Shipments (SO302000) form, the system indicated that the processing was successful but no inventory document was created and no reference number was displayed in the Inventory Ref. Nbr. column of the table on the Orders tab.

 

Please restart your application once.!
