When i publish my customization to print labels from the shipment screen and publish to multiple tenants, The forms show on the screen in both tenants as expected. 

However they will only show in the actions web services for the main tenant. 

But are missing from the other tenant 

 Any idea what is cause this … this is keeping me from showing the forms on the mobile for the other tenants .
