How to make a Customized Project field available for Reporting

We created a data field in our Project profiles for our customers’ purchase order numbers.  We did this under the Customized Projects module.  We have published the item, and it is being shown on the screen now.  Information can be entered and saved.  The problem is we cannot manipulate our Pro Forma Invoice reports to show this field, since the data field is not being listed in the choices under PMProject.

Is there a step we are missing to update the data fields to make this available?

You need to refresh the schema within the report designer so that it sees the newly added fields.

In the designer, under the file menu, select Build Schema…

Then, on the Schema Builder window, click the Load Schema button and then, at the bottom right, click Refresh All.

That should then make the new fields available.
