How to enable “Create Sales Order” and “Create Invoice” features in Opportunies screen ?

Thank you for the explanation.  I notice All Actions are not available in your production. Are the modules completely configured?
 

Please compare enable/disable screen in Production to your demo. Also, compare your user roles and access rights between the two tenants. Next, compare the set up screens.

Hello,

I’m a little confused. It looks like you already have Create Sales Order active, and you are able to complete the process of creating a Sales Order.  If you have another opportunity, not shown, that is having a problem?  It may help us to see the “problem” Opportunity.

Please check that the "problem” opportunity has an active Customer listed in the  Business Account.  If the Business Account is not a Customer, we can use [...] Actions menu to Extend as Customer from the Business Account screen, to save time.

If you have a ‘good’ opportunity that successfully creates Sales Orders and another that does not, place them side-by-side on  your screen and compare, to find the differences.

Hi @Laura02,

The pictures I sent above are of the “Sales Demo” Acumatica with the “Create Sales Order” and “Create Invoice” features enabled ready to use. But on our Acumatica production, these features are disabled.

The Sales Demo & Production version is the same Acumatica version.
