The translation in Acumatica is designed to be uniform across all screens, to ensure consistency. So if you have a term translated in one screen, it would have the same translation in all other screens.
The Translation Dictionaries in Acumatica allow you to translate label texts, error messages, and other text resources used by the system into other languages. But it does not support context-based translations, i.e., a term or phrase could have different translations depending on where it is used.
If you have a specific term that needs to be translated differently depending on the screen it appears, a possible workaround would be to customize the label or text of the term specifically for that screen.
You might create a customization for screen B that uses a slightly different term than screen A. Then you could use the Translation Dictionaries to provide different translations for each term.
Another option would be to use different PXUIField DisplayNames on your DACs, where each attribute would represent a different translation, and then you would use the correct attribute for the correct screen.
Remember, any customization should be carefully considered and thoroughly tested before being implemented in a production environment. Be mindful of how your changes might affect the user experience and the overall functionality of the system.
