Wiki Knowledge Base linked to Stock item/Matrix items


We perform in-house technical support and are interested in leveraging Wiki articles to build a knowledge base. Has anyone successfully associated stock items/template items with Wiki articles? We are not interested in duplicating data. We would prefer to log the item number in a support case and have access to any Wiki articles associated with the stock item/template item.
