We are transitioning to using Outlook PWA and have found the Acumatica Add-In won’t load. We’ve been using it from the desktop app but when we convert a user to PWA it doesn’t show up. We tried delring and reinstalling it, we also tried loading it from the admin portal and still nothing.
Has anyone encountered this issue and found a way to resolve it?
