I’m sure you all know how challenging the assignment of user roles can be especially within Cases.
I am urgently looking for the screen ID or the embedded actvity to Revoke the Invoice Case Activity from the Actions scren of an Open Case.
I would be very grateful if anyne can assist me to find this activity within the Access Roles space.

In the top right corner, click Tools>Access Rights. This will bring you to access rights tree for the screen. Then the Invoice Case Activity will be in that tree.

Thanks but I have done that and don’t see any activity named Invoice Case Activity, hence my question on this community.
I had hoped that someone could point that particular activity out to me.
There are, of course, dozes more options, but none of them are called “Invoice Case Activity”.

+4It will be one of those arrows because it is an action; however, it will not be under the Activity section under cases. Scroll down below Activity and look under Case, or one of the other sections. It will be right at the top with those sideways arrows.
