Looking for some help/direction on adding the CRM function or tab to the service orders. We currently have it on the Opportunities but I do not have a way (that I know of) for tracking Marketing Campaign Success for service orders Thank you in advance!

You would need a customization for this. 

The other option is that you could add a user defined field that references the Marketing Campaign. 

I would also suggest adding a product idea for the Acumatica team to put this in the program. I think it could be a useful tool.
