Important Notice for Acumatica’s HubSpot Integration: Action Required by April 30, 2026  (Originally slated for September 30, 2025)

 

Hello Community Members. If you or your organization currently uses Acumatica’s HubSpot integration, please be aware of an upcoming change that will require action to maintain functionality. 

 

What’s happening?  Due to a HubSpot API requirement change, the current integration will experience disruptions starting April 30, 2026, unless a solution is applied. To address this change, our engineering team is actively preparing the fixes for all supported versions of our software.

What you need to do:  ​ Once the fix is released, you’ll need to work with your Acumatica partner to apply it to your environment to ensure continued integration with HubSpot. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions to make the process as smooth as possible.

Hi ​@RaphaelPfaff12  - thanks for your question.  Our understanding is that HubSpot will deprecate their older version of the API starting September 30th which means that the older (current as of today) HubSpot integration from Acumatica will err out upon use.  The new version we are working on will restore the connection to HubSpot and allow for normal processing.

Hi, Heather.  Acumatica will be deploying the fix for our SaaS customers.  On-prem customers will need to apply the patch.  I don’t have a release date yet, but our Engineering team indicated we are on track.  I am keeping a close eye on this and will supply specifics as they become available.  Best,

Thanks, Tara!  What about PCS clients?  Would they be bundled in with SaaS, since they are not really on-prem?

Hi ​@Heather Contardi  - apologies for my delayed response.  The Acumatica support team will be proactively reaching out to those PCS clients who our telemetry indicated use the integration.  Support will assist in validation and updating of those systems.  Have a great day.

Hello, Community members. 

Tomorrow (10/1/25) HubSpot is sunsetting their v1 API which impacts the Acumatica-HubSpot integration.  Acumatica has completed this update and SaaS Acumatica customers have had the hotfix applied.  Anyone needing help with their environment should contact Acumatica Support for assistance.   Please see this Known Issues post which provides additional information.  Thank you.

Hello again.   I have been informed that HubSpot extended their API deprecation to April 30, 2026; providing customers more time to update if still necessary.  Please see the linked Known Issues post for further clarification.
