Dear ALL,

When I create new Case (CR.30.60.00 Screen), Date reported on Case screen is different from current actual time. How to make Date reported on Case screen the same time as current.

The time zone selected on User screen and Site preference screen is the same time as current. 

The “Date reported” on Case screen is wrong. I see the time difference is always 24 minutes.

@nhatnghetinh - This is rather odd behavior - considering that a 24 minute difference is not a standard increment for any timezone or date setting.  I assume you are not running any customizations.  This may be worth creating a support request.
