Has anyone found a way to modify the default template used when creating an email from a Case? Something is automatically populating the subject line and To address, but would it require customization to change or is it something we can change easily?

I have been trying in vain for the last year or so to find an answer to this question, but for a specific purpose of injecting a template that may override the way the reply is handled via Acumatica’s incoming processing function. 

 

My point in replying to this old thread is I cannot seem to find anything on intercepting the email template created from the case so far and I am exploring all avenues to see if i can get a thread to start tugging on and possibly find a way to get my emails to display correctly on back and forth email threads generated from the case. 

If you have found anything to this end, I would love to get pointed in any direction.
