Unable to generate t&m billing

We are receiving error on billing rule after creating new tenant by restoring snapshopt of the business accounts and settings of the previous. We dont have any problems encountered when time activities are released but when attempted to run proforma billing, this error keeps on showing.

 

Failed to calculate the amount using the 1 step of the TM billing rule. Line Amount Formula: =[PMTran.BillableQty]*@Price Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

​@zyla67 i’ve the object in reference error typically when more than one process was running or the object (possibly the price) was not found.  Can you confirm the price copied over with the snapshot restore? 

I would also recommend submitting a support ticket because an acumatica support rep can remote in and take a look at your environment and help troubleshoot
