Subcontract Summary Grid

My subcontracts grid, showing all records, shows incorrect Subcontract totals for many of the subcontracts.  When you click into the subcontract it shows the correct value.

@dutchiekidd  Please try to recalculate project balances.  If that does not fix this, please enter a support case so we can look at the data.

    I am not able to figure out how to enter a support ticket.  It looks like there is supposed to be a support tab but i don’t seem to have access to it.  We have just started and our consultant did not show us how to contact support.

    No, i do not have a menu option for Support.  Is it because we don’t have a “from” email configured yet?

    @dutchiekidd are you trying to do this through your acumatica instance or in the customer portal?
