I want to set up approval map when user want to activate project again after complete it?
My idea is set up 2 steps but it not work. Can you advise me how to achieve that?

Hello,
Approvals will help you when a new project requires approval. I don’t think there is a way to require a second approval later, if a project’s status is changed from Completed to Active.
I think a Business Event can help you send a Notification to a manager if a project’s status is changed from Completed to Active.

One thing to maybe try, if you aren’t already using this functionality. The End Date in the Summary automatically populates with the current day when a Project is Completed. You could add another rule where End Date Is Not Empty, which might capture what you’re looking for.
