Hi there! For the construction industry, is Acumatica able to track certificates of insurance along with the expiration date so that it will notify either us or the subcontractor?

Thanks!

@Devon you can use the compliance module to set up certain type of documents you need in order to be compliant for the project, one of them being the insurance certificate.  you can make that a required document and set up inquiries to track expiration dates.  you can tag these documents directly to a project or even just the vendor, depends on the project requirements.

there’s a lot more you can track but here’s a quick screen shot of what it could possibly look like on a project:

hope this helps!

Hello!

Yes, Acumatica has the ability to track certificates of insurance and other documents. This can be done on the Project Compliance tab or from the Compliance Management workspace. In addition, Acumatica produces Conditional and Unconditional Lien Waivers based on parameter settings.

Hope this helps!
