I don’t understand why a change order we have in ‘Canceled’ status would contribute to the ‘Potential CO Amount’ in Project Balances. We canceled it so that we had the history of what we originally priced, so it is worth while to keep the data around (rather than deleting), but it shouldn’t contribute to ‘Potential’. Is there a good reason for this that I'm not understanding?
I just tested on my instance, version 24.106.0018, and Cancelled CO’s are excluded from Potential CO Amounts. Can you verify that the related Cost/Revenue Budget lines include or exclude the amounts and match the Balances tab figures? If Balances-Cost-Revenue tabs match, you can enter a support case for further investigation.
@iqraharrison; thanks for that recommendation; we don’t use that screen often (tend to do it more often from the Projects screen instead); however, it still didn’t change the Potential CO Amount.

@joelhoffman I verified that the $$s are showing both in the Revenue Budget as well as the Balances. Will work with our VAR to resolve. I appreciate your quick response.
@APistorius Were you able to find a solution on this yet? We just ran into this issue today. We’re seeing the canceled CO in the potential amount, and it is reflecting our new CO as a negative number on the CO screen, but everything pulls correctly to our new CO quote. We just fully implemented using COs in Acumatica a couple weeks ago, but never ran into this issue while we were testing. We’re in 23R2. Thanks!
