When I cancel a Change Order, it still gets sent out for approval via an Approval Map (which I don’t want, just want the status to stay Cancelled). In the Approval Map, it doesn’t appear that I can exclude the Cancelled status of a Change Order. Also, I don’t want to do this, but I also cannot approve the cancelled CO as the Approve button does not pop up when it is cancelled. How should this work?
We are running 24R1.

The Approval Workflow should be de-activated when the CO is cancelled. What you have described should not take place...I just tested & confirmed this in 25R1. Might be a bug.
