Has anyone built out a dashboard or report view for a traditional bid board for an estimating/sales team managing multiple bids with various sub-contractors successfully?

Sure thing! Weekly (typically) our estimating teams in different offices have a shared white board of all the bids that are going out that week or month. Each bid might show 5-10 separate contractors/scopes that we are tracking sending our bids to.

When new bid requests come in they get thrown on the board to get assigned and when the bid goes out in some offices it gets moved to a follow-up bucket… The follow up bucket is easy to manage with business events and not really the concern.

Looking to have some sort of visual card view so our team stays on top of these and for our sales support team to quickly know who’s working on what bid at any given time. 

I know within the opportunities all this information is stored, but recapturing visually as a dashboard template/widget would be helpful.
