Anyone out there using Acumatica Construction module with external time keeping?  Looking to connect with companies that are using partner software for time keeping to get some advice, pros / cons, etc. of these solutions. My company just started using Acumatica ERP and currently integrate with WorkMax for our time keeping solution.  We need to have employees clock in/out in real time and we are starting to do job costing, but are struggling with that.  Any suggestions on time keeping software or on how other construction companies have Acumatica set up and do job costing would be very helpful.

We currently use WorkMax and Acumatica Construction module. Timekeeping is done in Workmax then exported to run payroll. We are currently uploading job cost entries as a General Ledger Journal with projects and tasks. We are working to integrate WorkMax with Acumatica and hope to do job costing through an allocation at some point. Hope that helps!


HH2 is a construction specific option that I’d recommend to other users, unfortunately they require a server sync utility as they currently don’t use the API to integrate, but the utility can run on a user’s PC.
