The procedure
is from 4 years ago, and the screens for System Emails in Acumatica 2025R1 have changed, and is getting difficult to show this to clients, is there any new procedures or videos beside the help section below?

The help article To Create a System Email Account for Office 365 with OAuth 2.0 is the resource we have as of now.
There are new procedures such as external application set up and Entra side which is the step 03 of the above article.
If you follow the steps and sign in to the account which is specified as the email address things would work as expected.
