How do we set up the Acumatica Payments Customer Portal?

I have reviewed all the posts I can find and none of them provide step-by-step instructions on how to set up the Acumatica Payments Customer Portal.

Yes. Dmitri cleared things up for me. Sadly, Dmitri’s answer is contrary to what we were told and have read on Community posts. As our company owner says regularly “Yes, it is available. However, there is a separate module for that”. Meaning “there is an additional add-on annual fee for that”. Acumatica has a lot to offer but is increasingly expensive on top of the base annual fee. Everything “promised” by Sales & Marketing has not been accurate or true. It feels a lot like “Bait and Switch” and deceptive marketing.

Hi @jsudak,

Have you gone though This link.

This will helps you to step in into Acumatica Payments Customer Portal.

And if you are trying to create portal in a test environment you need to create portal as same as Acumatica site from Acumatica configuration Wizard.
There you can select the Create Self-Service Portal option. Then Portal will be created for test instance.

We do not have the Acumatica Customer Portal. We do have Acumatica Payments and are interested in setting up the Acumatica Payments Portal so our customers may access all their account info through this portal. The directions I have seen so far indicate the Acumatica Customer Portal is required to add the Acumatica Payments Portal. However, in an Acumatica webinar I attended it was presented that now with Acumatica Payments a user does not need the Acumatica Customer Portal to have the Acumatica Payments Portal. 

Does anybody have the information regarding this and how to set up the Acumatica Payments Portal without the Acumatica Customer Portal?

Hello @jsudak , 

You indeed can get Payments portal separately from the Customer portal. For that you'd need to add the Payment Portal SKU to the contract.

Hi ​@Nilkanth Dipak We have customer portal set up and have published a customization project for Acumatica payment. We do not have the ‘Bill’ workspace and the payment and payment methods screens, however. I can’t find a way to add it either. Any thoughts on what causes this? Am I missing something? Thanks!

Ok i am trying to set payments up in customer portal. Can someone please direct me where to go for this?
