How can I fix the "validated" button on locations for our business in Acumatica (using Avalara for validation)

We are setting up our locations in Acumatica, and are using the Avalara address validation tool. When we set up a location, the address and LocationID is the same as we are using in Avalara, yet the “Validated” button within Acumatica is framed in red and unable to be chosen. Has anyone experienced this? If so, and if you know how to repair, I would be grateful.

Avalara has directed this support question back to Acumatica, as I have already asked Avalara.

@TeaBrew Use the … actions and choose Validate Addresses.

In case there is any suggested change you can change the part of address and save. Once saved the Validated should be checked. This is the same on all other screen which has the validation enabled.

Validate Addresses Validates the warehouse addresses through integration with a specialized third-party software or service.
