Custom workspaces per user/role

Hey Folks,

 

I am wondering if there is an option to show users only the workspaces that are relevant to them. For instance someone in Procurement does not need to see the Banking workspace.

@robmellentine this can be restricted by user security. If the user does not have access to screens within that menu, they will not see that menu option

    Got it. I was hoping to adjust this on a user by user level instead of for the whole role. I can work with this. Thanks.

    @robmellentine you could create a new role “Restrict Banking” and keep everything for that role as not set, then only restrict banking. 

    Assign that new role to a single user

    The other users in the role would then be unaffected!
