@dinda56 - Just to clarify, you want a notification to be sent when a specific field (Total Extended Cost on the Bidding Responses (RQ303000) screen?) equals or exceeds $20M?

The next part “so it will directly go to bidding even if they are already input the vendors name.”  What do you mean here? And additionally, do you want the system to automate this behavior?

There are a few things to clarify here before we can get you a solution, but for the first part, the only out of the box notifications related to Purchase Requisitions are for approvals associated with Requisitions or Requests.

  1. However, you can build a GI based on whatever screen you need to track the $20M amount and include that field.
  2. Next, you would build a Business Event, triggered by a Record Change and associated with the GI you built in step 1.
  3. On the subscribers tab of the Business Event, you’d create an Email Notification subscriber and associate it with the Business Event.
    1. Note that this requires having an email account set up in your system.

This is the general process I follow to create notifications based on field changes, but if you give me some more specific information, I can give you a more specific answer.
